Fair Ways Appoints Stef Nienaltowski as Special Projects Consultant
Fair Ways is delighted to welcome Stef Nienaltowski as our new Special Projects Consultant, bringing his wealth of experience and local knowledge to strengthen the impact of our work across Portsmouth and the wider region.
Portsmouth Leader Stef Nienaltowski Brings Experience to Fair Ways
Stef is well known throughout Portsmouth, having served as Chief Executive Officer of Shaping Portsmouth for seven years. During his tenure, he was recognised for his leadership in building strong partnerships between businesses, community organisations, and the public sector. His reputation as a connector and community champion makes him ideally placed to support Fair Ways’ vision for growth and collaboration.
The Phoenix Project
One of Stef’s first areas of focus will be Fair Ways Phoenix Project. This will be an innovative community art project in Portsmouth designed to draw attention to the works of amazing people, with Portsmouth links, who achieved great things despite being care experienced in their early lives. The project will positively contribute to the cultural fabric of the city. Further details will follow in due course.
The UK’s First Fostering Friendly City
Stef will also represent our charity on the Fostering Friendly Employers campaign, which encourages organisations to create supportive workplaces for foster carers and potential foster carers. In just six months, nearly 100 organisations have signed up, reflecting the growing commitment of businesses across the city. With Stef’s leadership, we are confident Portsmouth can become the leading Fostering Friendly City in the UK, showcasing how employers can play a direct role in supporting children and families.
Building Partnerships in Portsmouth
Stef will also lead projects in partnership with Portsmouth City Council, helping to strengthen our joint efforts to improve outcomes for children and families. By working together, we aim to deliver innovative community initiatives that not only provide vital support but also create opportunities for employers and residents to get involved in shaping a stronger, more supportive city.
