Fair Ways School (SEMH) is rated Outstanding in every category by Ofsted and was the first school in Hampshire to hold ADHD Friendly accreditation. GLADE School (ASC) was the first school in Hampshire to hold a NAS accreditation.
Our schools specialise in working with students aged 11 and 19 who have Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) difficulties or Autistic Spectrum Conditions (ASC).
Fair Ways School in Swanwick, Hampshire is specialised in educating students with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) difficulties.
GLADE School in Totton, Hampshire is specialised in educating students with Autistic Spectrum Condition (ASC).
Fair Ways School also operate from a transition centre in Fareham, Hampshire. Here, they specialise in helping students transition back to mainstream education or with future career plans.
Our students have additional complex needs such as Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD), and Mild Learning Difficulties (MLD). They arrive at our schools from a variety of backgrounds including full-time Residential Care & Fostering.
Fair Ways Education curriculum is designed to be sufficiently flexible to meet the individual needs of all our students. All activities that take place during the school day are part of our ‘Whole School Curriculum’.
