Fair Ways is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children, young people and families and we expect all our staff to share this commitment.
Our values are upfront and non-negotiable.
Our work is crucial and can be transformational.
We work hard for those who need us and for those that work for us. We want you to be happy and healthy and we reward our staff by going beyond the usual benefits to give you that little bit extra.
As Fair Ways succeeds, we make sure you also have the opportunity to. Our unique Fair Pay Panel process rewards your progress.
We all need to relax once in a while and what better way to do that than with team days and events.
We don’t tolerate negativity or a blame culture. We’re a positive bunch and we look after each other – and we want to keep it that way.
We train people well enough so they can leave, but treat them well enough so they don’t want to.
To support your personal wellbeing because we care about you as a person.
To support your personal development, and because it’s great for all of us, when you grow.
