Our Ethos

Providing the best possible environment for a child - now and in their future - is our priority.

Whether this is supporting children with returning to family, foster care or remaining within Residential Services.

The foundation for all of our children is to establish a feeling of physical and emotional safety and containment, provided by adults who offer compassionate relationships, with real connection and engagement.

Residential Homes

Fair Ways have been offering Residential Homes services since opening our first home in 2006. We now have children's homes located in the South of England, Somerset and Wales as we have expanded our reach from Hampshire to the wider UK community.

Each of our homes provide year-round care and accommodation for Looked After Children, who may have a range of social, emotional and behavioural needs and challenges. The children who move into our homes are aged between 6-18 years, and can be male or female.

All our homes are located in areas with good access to primary and secondary schools, public transport and access to recreational facilities.

Our Homes

Our Residential homes accommodate young people from a variety of backgrounds, including care leavers previously in fostering or other residential children's homes, or non-care leavers such as unaccompanied asylum-seeking children.

Fair Ways Residential Homes are detached houses with plenty of outside space, situated in desirable rural, or residential areas with good access to links to the local transport and the community.
