Local authority funding enables Fair Ways to deliver high-quality care, education and support. However, it does not always cover the additional experiences and opportunities that can help a young person build confidence, develop new interests and prepare for greater independence.
Your support helps us go further. It enables us to enhance the support young people receive, respond flexibly to individual needs and create opportunities that might not otherwise be available.
Every young person is different. Flexible support allows us to respond to individual interests, strengths and needs rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach.
With your support, we can:
Create enriching environments that help young people feel settled and ready to participation
Offer new experiences through sport, creativity, culture and the outdoors
Build confidence and aspiration by helping young people discover interests and recognise their strengths
Develop skills and independence as young people prepare for adulthood
Respond quickly and flexibly when suitable support is not available through statutory funding
Fair Ways is a charitable Community Benefit Society, regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority. This means we exist for community benefit rather than private profit. Any surplus we generate is reinvested into improving services for children, young people and families.
We are committed to ethical fundraising, transparency and the responsible use of donations. We have clear governance and financial oversight arrangements to help ensure that funding is used for its intended purpose and delivers meaningful impact.
Your donation helps children and young people access enriching experiences, improved environments and additional opportunities beyond those normally covered by statutory funding.
You can make a one-off donation or give regularly. If you are eligible, Gift Aid can increase the value of your donation at no additional cost to you.
Your donation could help:
- £25 could help towards a day out or new activity
- £75 could support participation in an enriching experience
- £250 could contribute towards a shared opportunity for a group of young people
Fundraising is a powerful way to support Fair Ways while bringing other people with you. You could take on a personal challenge, organise a community event, fundraise at work or involve your school or community group.
Whatever you choose to do, every contribution can help create new experiences and opportunities for children and young people.
