Coming Soon… GLADE School is expanding!

We are delighted to announce that GLADE School is expanding, with the addition of an additional campus based in Eastleigh.

Over the last year, it has become apparent at GLADE School that we have a gap emerging between those students who have recently started their learning journey with Fair Ways, and those students who are moving towards higher qualifications and are working on preparing for adulthood.

Therefore, in mid-2025, GLADE School will be opening a second site based at Leigh Road in Eastleigh and we will be adding an extra seven students and eight team members to our community.

GLADE School site in Eastleigh will differ from our existing site in Totton as it will focus on preparing our students for adulthood, offering detailed careers learning and focused independent living skills. In time, the hope is that our Totton students, when ready, will progress onto Eastleigh to continue their journey and grow in a more tailored environment suited to them.
