My Why – Every child deserves a champion – an adult who will never give up on them, who understands the power of connection and insists that they become the best that they can possibly be.” That is my why. This is the reason I do what I do. I have always had roles that have meant I can be that champion but as my career has progressed I am now in a position to be able to support others to become champions. I am someone that never gives up on young people or staff, that wants people to become the best that they can be, whatever their best looks like.
