Diana is Executive Director External Relations at Lancing College joining from The National Foundation for Educational Research (NFER) in 2016 where she was Director of Marketing, Impact and Sales. In her role at Lancing, Diana has oversight of the integrated marketing and communications for Lancing, its prep schools, Day Nursery & Forest School. This covers marketing, admissions, fundraising, alumni relations, and a cross-school Careers programme.
She also established and leads on the Foundationers programme which has fully supported initially 25 and will now seek to fund 40 young people from challenging backgrounds to attend Lancing. She works to build strong relationships with community partners and leads a fundraising team whose campaigns have raised over £4m in the last five years. Her experience has given Diana valuable insights and a strong commitment to facilitate greater access to wider opportunities especially for those from challenging backgrounds.
Diana has worked extensively in education: with schools, further and higher education, business schools and varied national education stakeholders. She also spent 10 years working as a strategy and marketing consultant; her clients included Warwick University, Oxford Brookes University and Chichester College. She has an MBA from Ashridge.
