With half-term right around the corner, we thought we would round up some of the best local attractions for you and your family to visit, that offer discounts for Fair Ways foster carers and their families.

Below, we have a range of activities for children of all ages and even some you may want to join in with! So, whether your children fancy a laser tag battle, a Jurassic mini-golf adventure, a view of the stars, or a lesson in snowboarding, we have got you covered. Injoy Children’s Activity Centre

This activity centre is the largest in the local area and has an array of activities for children to choose from. They offer soft play, slides, laser tag, climbing walls, a trampoline park, interactive zones, classes and parties, all under one roof.

With plenty of on-site parking, free wifi and a yummy cafe, this is a great option for children of all ages to let off some steam and have fun!

Mighty Adventures

This dinosaur-themed mini-golf course is immersive fun for the whole family. The course has moving dinosaurs, thundering waterfalls and loud steaming volcanos to make the experience come alive.

This outdoor, covid-secure activity easily allows for social distancing and is suitable for all ages. There are sites in Bournemouth and Southampton – both of which have plenty of parking and a restaurant on-site for hungry dino explorers.

Winchester Science Centre

This activity is a full day out and will have children and adults entertained for hours. Explore and learn during a trip to the science centre with interactive, hands-on displays and exiting live science performances. Whilst there why not visit the Uk largest stand-alone planetarium and look up at the stars and the wonders of our galaxy.

It has easy parking, a gift shop and a cafe on-site. This would also be a great place for at-home science lessons if you are homeschooling.

Snowtrax, alpine activity centre

Why wait for snow this year? This activity is fun for all ages and gives children and adults an opportunity to learn a new skill. Explore the adventure park, go skiing or snowboarding or hop in a skibob.

This activity is covid-secure, with easy parking and has an alpine bistro on-site, yummy.

The Spinnaker Tower

Visit this local landmark and take in the breathtaking panoramic views of Portsmouth. Look out to sea or over the history dockyards – what will you spot whilst up there? See who is the bravest in your family by taking on the challenge of the 100m high glass floor.

After the fun, have a snack in the restaurant or one of the many others in Gunwharf Quays. With plenty of easy parking and lots of lovely shops to explore after this makes a great day out.
