Fair Ways Welcomes Paralympian Lauren Steadman as Our First Ever Ambassador

Fair Ways is delighted to announce that Lauren Steadman, Paralympic gold medallist, triathlete, and motivational speaker, has joined us as our first Fair Ways Ambassador.

Lauren is a true inspiration – a world-class athlete who has overcome challenges with strength and determination, using her platform to promote inclusion, resilience, and positive wellbeing. Her values perfectly reflect those of Fair Ways, where we work every day to help children, young people, and adults in care, realise their own potential.

As Ambassador, Lauren will support Fair Ways in raising awareness of the incredible work our teams do across Education, Family Services, Residential, and community services. She will also engage directly with young people within Fair Ways, sharing her story and helping inspire confidence, self-belief, and hope.

Speaking about our First Ambassador, Mac McHugh, Chief Executive Officer of Fair Ways, said:

“Lauren’s passion for helping others reach their potential mirrors everything Fair Ways stands for. We’re honoured to welcome her as our first Ambassador and excited to see the positive impact she will have on our young people and the wider Fair Ways community.”

Lauren added:

“I’m delighted to become part of the Fair Ways family. The charities commitment to empowering people and supporting them through life’s challenges really resonates with me. I can’t wait to meet the incredible individuals who make Fair Ways so special.”

This marks a milestone moment for Fair Ways, and we look forward to the inspiration and energy Lauren will bring as we continue our mission to make a difference in the lives of those who need it most.
