Fostering is at the heart of Fair Ways. It's where we began. We have built a strong reputation for excellence in providing high-level services for children and young people in the south of England since 2002.
Fair Ways has award-winning schools in Hampshire, specialising in students with Social, Emotional and Mental Health issues (SEMH) or Autistic Spectrum Condition (ASC).
Fair Ways has a simple philosophy: we look after our employees the best we can, so they look after our service users the best they can. We will always recruit motivated, committed and enthusiastic people to join our team and provide world-class support.
Fair Ways cares for over 700 children and young people each year. We deliver a comprehensive range of services including residential social care, healthcare, fostering, outreach support, training and education services.
Our servicesEverything! We are a charity. All our profits are reinvested into our organisation to constantly improve the services we deliver and the staff who deliver them and meet our charitable objectives. Our vision is for Fair Ways to be a great national institution, with an outstanding reputation for care, that outlasts us all.
About UsAt Fair Ways, we look to provide innovative experiences for our young people and service users. Each year we commit funds for our ‘make a difference' initiatives.
