Rob Jesson

Finance Director

Rob joined Fair Ways in November 2021. After gaining a degree in Economics, Rob qualified as an accountant and worked across the private and public sectors, including overseas. For the last 10 years, he has worked as a Finance Director in the charity sector. Outside of work, Rob enjoys running, live music and spending time with his family.

My Why: I believe that everyone should have the same opportunities to fulfil their potential in life regardless of their background. That applies to both the children and young people we care for as well as our employees.
