Harriett joined Fair Ways in 2020 having worked in HR for over 15 years in the public and private sector. She has carried out various roles in Emergency Services, Retail, Technology and the Gaming industry. Harriett’s mission is to put the ‘human’ in Human Resources and break down barriers to success – whatever they may be. She is an advocate for equality and is passionate about leading the way and future of HR.

Harriett is a Fellow Chartered Member of the CIPD and a qualified Coach who is passionate about continually learning and developing herself and those around her.

My Why – To create a workplace that is focused on people, outcomes, and values so that we can improve the lives of our people inside and outside of work which benefits everyone in our care and the wider community.
