Emma is a child psychologist, TEDx speaker and experienced trainer, specialising in trauma-informed practice. She works with organisations and professionals to improve outcomes for children and young people, with a strong focus on advocacy, systemic change and ensuring that the voices of those with lived experience are heard. Emma is known for her engaging and practical approach, delivering keynote talks and training that translate psychological insight into meaningful, real-world impact.

In addition to her professional work, Emma is passionate about sharing knowledge and influencing positive change across systems, helping services become more compassionate, effective and trauma-informed.
