Adrian trained in computer programming and Information Technology and he has worked in high tech for 20 years at organisations ranging from start-ups to MNE’s, building Aircraft entertainment systems, highly available secure broadcast television systems and collaboration software. Having completed his executive MBA at Southampton university developing a passion for the impact of Psychological Safety on high-performing teams. Adrian speaks at executive learning events on topics such as the impact of future technologies in the next 10 years, gamification, machine learning, artificial intelligence and how to building high-performing teams.

Over the last 10 years, he has coached and mentored in many environments from schools, colleges, universities and prisons. Having been fostered himself it has given him a unique first-hand experience from a child’s perspective of the importance of fostering and a deep desire to give back.
