Fair Ways Community Benefit Society and Rose Road Association Announce Partnership to Continue Vital Outreach Services

Fair Ways Community Benefit Society (FWCBS) and Rose Road Association are pleased to announce that they have reached an agreement for Rose Road to take over the provision of FWCBS’ Outreach Services, ensuring the continued delivery of high-quality care and support for families across the Solent region.

The transition will be fully completed by 3rd June 2025, with both organisations working closely together during the interim period to ensure a smooth and seamless handover. As part of this agreement, the existing Fair Ways Community Benefit Society Outreach team will transfer to Rose Road, preserving the relationships, experience, and specialist knowledge that service users and families value so highly.

Both organisations are proud to be values-driven charities, committed to delivering care and support that makes a real difference in people’s lives.

Gareth Webb, MD of Fair Ways Community Benefit Society: “This agreement is about safeguarding the future of a vital service. We know how important Outreach is in enabling children, young people, and adults to remain in their own homes with the right support in place. Rose Road shares our values and commitment to excellence, and we’re confident they will continue this work with integrity and care.”

Steve Swift, CEO of Rose Road Association: “We are delighted to be welcoming the Fair Ways CBS Outreach team, and the young people they support, into the Rose Road family. Both of our organisations are known for high standards and a people-first approach, therefore we are proud to be enabling this essential service to continue without interruption for families across the Solent area.”

Outreach services play a critical role in supporting people with complex needs. We are confident that the Outreach team will ensure that those who rely on this support will continue to receive consistent, compassionate, and expert care. Fair Ways is confident that their efforts with Rose Road will continue to make a positive difference to the lives of many more young people and adults, along with their families, and we thank them for their dedication and service.
