Fair Ways are promoting the Fostering Friendly campaign in the Portsmouth area.

As a local Fostering charity, Fair Ways are seeking to lead the campaign for change in our local community. We want Portsmouth to be known as a region that is committed to supporting children in care.
With very few adjustments and adaptations, local employers can sign up to become a Fostering Friendly Employer with The Fostering Network.
We hope that this will help bridge the gap and provide more opportunities for people to make a difference to children in care, as there is currently a need for more than 6,500 Foster Carers in the UK.
