Over the years Fair Ways has had many Ofsted inspections but for the first time we are really proud to announce that our Residential Children’s Home in Bournemouth has been awarded ‘The Perfect 3’ in their Full 2016 Ofsted Inspection.
We have achieved Outstanding in all 3 areas of the report –
- The overall experiences and progress of children and young people living in the home
- How well children and young people are helped and protected
- The impact and effectiveness of leaders and managers
Fair Ways continually strive to be Outstanding, but we have to acknowledge the tremendous work undertaken by our team in order for this to be achieved. The 2016 report is the best we have received for this Children’s Home since its opening in 2009.
One parent of a young person currently residing within the home said “It’s been absolutely life changing, the staff are so interested in helping us all move forward”; “I’m in awe of the whole place”, and, “He’s now thriving, I’ve never seen him look so well and so relaxed.’
“I am very proud of the continued improvement of our Bournemouth Children’s Home to the point where we are Outstanding in all 3 areas. This is a testament to the hard work and dedication shown by all the staff team and their efforts to achieve the best possible outcomes for the young people in our care”.
