Last night (22/02/2017) Fair Ways achieved a fantastic ranking of 5th in the Sunday Times Top 100 Not For Profit Organisations in the UK. This was well beyond our highest expectations and a brilliant result.
On behalf of Fair Ways, the awards were attended by the Employee of the Year, individual department winners and runners up, two Foster Carers, our Trustees and our Board of Directors.
Fair Ways achieved this award based on the views and opinions of our staff and how they are treated as employees.
Mac McHugh (MD Fair Ways)
‘I hope everyone is as proud as I am – not only of the award, but to be part of an organisation that is trying to really make a difference in the lives of the individuals who access our services, and all the staff who help to deliver them. ‘
Ian Davis (Chairman Fair Ways Foundation) (The charity that owns Fair Ways)
‘I want to say how proud the Trustees are of all the staff at Fair Ways, without whose dedication, enthusiasm and commitment, we would not have been recognised. An outstanding result for our first entry to these Awards”.
