Our Recruitment team is expanding and are looking for one full-time Administrator and one part-time Administrator. The roles, although fast-paced and demanding, will also be fun and self-fulfilling. You will be joining a small team but playing a big part in making a difference to the lives of our service users. This role will consist of creating staff files, updating records and forming good relationships to meet the demands of service managers and directors. If you feel you can take ownership of an administration process – then this Recruitment Administrator role is for you!

Job Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be involved in;

  • Supporting the administration of the recruitment process including the generation of new starter paperwork including contracts and offer letters
  • Conducting and recording pre-employment checks whilst putting together staff files
  • Supporting the administration for induction weeks
  • Creating new and existing staff ID cards and ensuring all remain in date
  • Ensuring the HR recruitment database is kept up to date, accurate and complies with legislation

Personal Skills

The perfect Recruitment Administrator will have confidence in themselves and own the work that they do. As teamwork is important to the culture of any business, possessing a good sense of humour, outgoing personality and can-do attitude is essential. We would also like you to have:

  • Proven administration and recruitment experience
  • Proven experience of using administrative databases to a high standard, including being able to create and use spreadsheets on Microsoft Excel
  • Proven understanding and experience of the recruitment process
  • Demonstrate a commitment to equal opportunities and anti-oppressive practice
  • The confidence to challenge attitudes and practices that can be perceived as discriminatory
