About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and passionate Support Worker Apprentice to join our expanding Outreach Department. During your employment, you will gain valuable experience whilst being mentored by our Outreach Manager. Alongside your diploma, you will work in partnership with families and carers of Service Users to help achieve the aims and objectives of care plans, and provide support and be proactive in planning and carrying out activities in the community.
Candidates will need to demonstrate a willingness to learn and have a passion for wanting to make a difference to service users and their families. You will be caring, reliable, responsible and tenacious.
Applicants must have a full driving licence and have access to the use of a car. Successful candidates will be subject to an enhanced DBS check. The disclosure cost will be met by Fair Ways.
