We are looking for an enthusiastic and passionate administrator to join our expanding Outreach Department. During your employment, you will gain valuable experience whilst being mentored by our Outreach Manager. You will have regular contact with families of the service users and members of the Outreach team. You will be vital in supporting the management team in keeping up to date records on both staff and service users. The role will have plenty of variety and provide opportunities to develop new skills. You’ll be part of a service that offers a valuable lifeline to many families giving you great job satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities

You will be involved in;

  • Assisting with the administration of paperwork for assessments and new referrals
  • Maintenance of Outreach administration on electronic databases including, but not limited to, contact details of service users and families
  • Quantitative audits of care plans and risk assessments
  • Scanning and uploading documents to the electronic system as required
  • Keeping up to date package details and hours of support
  • Demonstrate and upholding the core organisation values at all times and playing your P.A.R.T by Maintaining a Professional attitude, Being Accepting, Being Reflective and being Transparent

Personal Skills

  • Experience of, and the ability to carry out fundamental administration tasks
  • Good use and knowledge of IT skills using all Microsoft office products
