Part of Fair Ways School, our Transition Centre specialises in both social, emotional and mental health (SEMH) difficulties and autism (ASC), at Fair Ways Transition Centre, our primary focus is for staff to support students in their transitional period either to full-time education or towards a working career. This is achieved in collaboration with their Education Health Plan (EHP).
Offering 1:1 or 2:1 staffing, our staff are trained to identify and react to some of the most extreme behaviours.
Students at our Transition Centre are aged between 14 - 19 and are looking to transition to further education or future career plans.
We only allow a maximum of up to 10 students to join our Transition Centre at any one time so we can focus on each student's needs.
Students attending Fair Ways Transition Centre will have the opportunity to access:

Preparation for Working Life

Access taster days at colleges/work experience
