The need to know information on what testing procedures to expect for COVID-19 in Fair Ways Education.

Coming to School

Knowing when to send your child to school and when to keep them at home is vitally important.

Any updates on the ever-changing COVID-19 situation can be found here on our website. In the instance that any urgent updates need to be communicated, they will be sent via email.

UPDATE - As of Monday 8th March, attendance in school is mandatory for all pupils.

Lateral Flow Testing for pupils will resume with all pupils receiving 3 tests in school before moving to a home testing programme.

The Home Testing programme requires pupils to take their lateral flow test at home. Please watch the video below for more information.

Dr Amir Khan shows you how to test yourself for coronavirus (COVID-19) using a self-test rapid antigen test kit, as well as how to read your result and report it to the NHS. Actual test kits may vary slightly from the version used here, so please always check the instruction leaflet in your kit.

Fair Ways Education have begun lateral flow testing staff and students on a regular basis to ensure we remain vigilant and as safe as possible from the risks that COVID presents.
