Knowing when to send your child to school and when to keep them at home is vitally important.
Any updates on the ever-changing COVID-19 situation can be found here on our website. In the instance that any urgent updates need to be communicated, they will be sent via email.
UPDATE - As of Monday 8th March, attendance in school is mandatory for all pupils.
Lateral Flow Testing for pupils will resume with all pupils receiving 3 tests in school before moving to a home testing programme.
The Home Testing programme requires pupils to take their lateral flow test at home. Please watch the video below for more information.
Dr Amir Khan shows you how to test yourself for coronavirus (COVID-19) using a self-test rapid antigen test kit, as well as how to read your result and report it to the NHS. Actual test kits may vary slightly from the version used here, so please always check the instruction leaflet in your kit.

We cannot eliminate the risks associated with Coronavirus. However, we can take actions to minimise these risks.
The guidance states that preventing the spread of coronavirus involves preventing:
- Direct transmission, for instance, when in close contact with those sneezing and coughing
- Indirect transmission, for instance, touching contaminated surfaces
