About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and passionate Marketing Apprentice to join our expanding Marketing Department. During your employment, you will gain valuable office based experience and marketing knowledge whilst being mentored by our Marketing Executive (previously an apprentice himself). Alongside your diploma, you will assist with event management, design and create a calendar of key events over a 12 month period as well as assisting with the implementation of a Social Media campaign.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work alongside a team of dedicated, hard working professionals. You will receive all the training and support you need to fast track yourself to success. Fair Ways will provide you with a career with genuine development opportunities and a chance to enhance your salary within your respective pay band.
Candidates will need to demonstrate a willingness to learn and have an understanding of Social Media platforms. You will be organised and able to manage your own workload as well as demonstrate excellent IT skills (Microsoft Word/Excel/Outlook).
Applicants must have a full driving licence and have access to the use of a car. Successful candidates will be subject to a Basic DBS check. The disclosure cost will be met by Fair Ways.
At Fair Ways, we aim to make a difference through passionate care, support and education. We have worked hard to create a culture where we say what we say we will do, when we said we would do it; we are inclusive, open minded and treat each other with respect; we focus on learning, not blaming; and we are open, honest and have integrity.
