Salary: £23,118.79 – £24,542.53 p/annum (£24,938.08 – £26,361.82 if undertaking one sleep in per week) per annum
Working Hours: 40h/week (on rota basis)
If you are looking for a career in management in the health and social care sector, this is a unique opportunity for recent graduates to take advantage of a structured management development programme, giving experience within our Specialist Residential Mental Health Home within Fair Ways.
The Fair Ways Graduate Management Programme is designed to be completed within 2 years and will provide successful graduates with the relevant skills and knowledge to take up a management role upon completion. On completion of the scheme trainees will have gained a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management and will be encouraged to join our continuing success story in a management position.
For the first 6 months of this role, you will be operating as a Recovery Support Worker whilst learning the ropes and gaining a better understanding of the provision as well as undertaking all the training you need to support young people living in our specialist Residential Mental Health Service. Between month 6 and 12 you will then progress to Senior Recovery Support Worker and from 12 months to the end of the programme, you will be starting to pick up additional management responsibilities. You will also be tasked with assisting in one of the service’s strategic projects. You will have access to a mentor from the Senior Management Team throughout the programme, to help you achieve your career aspirations and develop your leadership skills. The final 6 months of the programme will be undertaken within another residential service, depending on your future career ambitions.
