What sets us apart?

We recognise that sometimes our carers need a break from fostering, or have a gap in between placements. Fair Ways offer every carer the opportunity to work in other Fair Ways services on a temporary basis as a zero-hour worker - meaning you can build your own rota. This ensures you continue to maintain an income, whilst having an opportunity to increase your professional skills and further career development. Carers taking a break from fostering within other Fair Ways services will not need to pass Fostering Panel again to resume fostering.

  • Whilst undergoing the assessment process, I worked in Fair Ways residential children’s homes, schools and residential family centre which gave me some fantastic skills, so when I got my own placement, I was way ahead of the game.
