At Fair Ways, we are confident that men and women are paid equally for carrying out the same role, however as we acknowledged last year, Fair Ways does have a gender pay gap when we compare the overall average pay and bonuses for men and women.
The challenge in Fair Ways is to eliminate any gender pay gap. No single action will achieve this and we appreciate that making a difference will take time. But we have made a positive start.
|Mean and median pay|
|Gender Pay Gap||16.9% (LY 19.9%)||3% (LY 8.4%)|
- In 2018 the Fair Ways mean gender pay gap reduced by 3.0% to 16.9%
- In 2018 the Fair Ways median pay gap reduced by 5.4% to just 3%
